Somatic Bodywork is now available and includes manual lymphatic drainage, ashiatsu (barefoot massage) and myofascial release techniques.

I use an hourly pricing model that is genderless, inclusive + includes gratuity. Your only concern is to choose the time you want to spend embracing stillness and regulating your nervous system - and make sure you fill out your intake form!
